Terms of use

These terms apply when you use drayy (“the platform”), run by Joe Shipton, a sole trader trading as drayy, of 17 Withington, Milton Keynes, MK13 7DS (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. Contact us at hello@drayy.app.

1. What the platform is

drayy is a free directory that lets independent breweries list the beer they sell and lets pubs within a brewery's delivery area send that brewery an order request.

• We don't sell, buy, store or deliver beer, and we never take payments, fees or commission.
• We are not a party to any sale. Any contract for the supply of beer is made directly between the pub and the brewery, on the brewery's own terms.
• An order request is an enquiry, not an order. Nothing is confirmed until the brewery confirms it with the pub directly. The optional status a brewery sets on a request (for example “confirmed”) is for convenience only and doesn't form a contract.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and using the platform on behalf of a business: a brewery or a licensed premises.
• You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Information you give us about your business (name, address, contact details) must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Breweries

• You're responsible for your listings: beer descriptions, ABV, allergens and dietary claims, prices (shown ex VAT) and availability. Keep them accurate and update them promptly.
• You're responsible for holding any licences, registrations and duty arrangements needed to produce and sell alcohol, and for only supplying businesses you're legally able to supply.
• Pricing, invoicing, payment, delivery, cask returns and any disputes are between you and the pub.
• You give us permission to display your listings, logo and images on the platform and on public brewery and beer pages.

4. Pubs

• Only send order requests you genuinely intend to follow up, and only for your own premises.
• You're responsible for holding the licences needed to buy and sell alcohol at your premises.
• Listed prices and availability are provided by breweries. Always confirm details with the brewery before relying on them.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform. In particular, don't:

• list or request anything other than beer and related products you're entitled to supply or buy;
• send spam, false or abusive requests, or use contact details from the platform for unrelated marketing;
• upload content that's unlawful, misleading or that you don't have the rights to;
• try to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or scrape it in bulk.

We may remove content, hide a listing or suspend an account that breaks these terms.

6. Our service

• The platform is provided free, “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that emails will always be delivered.
• We don't check or guarantee listings, and we're not responsible for the quality, legality or delivery of any beer, or for any dealings between pubs and breweries.
• We may change or withdraw features. If we make significant changes to these terms we'll tell you by email or on the platform.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, because the platform is free and we're not a party to any sale, we aren't liable for loss of profit, business or goodwill, or for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to £100.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using the platform at any time and ask us to close your account by emailing hello@drayy.app. We may close accounts that break these terms or have been inactive for a long period. See our privacy notice for what happens to your data.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
